10 Authorization & Consent

Credit Authorization. I authorize We Finance America, Inc. (“WFA”) and its affiliates, lenders, investors, and designees to obtain consumer, business, credit, and third-party reports for this application and to share it with lenders to secure funding. Pre-qualification is a soft inquiry that does not affect my credit score; a hard inquiry occurs later only with my consent if I choose to proceed.

Success Fee. I agree to pay WFA a flat success fee of one percent (1%) of the approved loan amount, due only upon my acceptance of a lender’s offer, with no additional WFA add-on fees. It may be paid through escrow at closing or directly by the lender. No fee is owed unless a loan closes. Any separate lender or broker fees are set and disclosed in the lender’s term sheet.
