We collect the information you provide when you contact us, request a quote, or submit an application — such as your name, business name, contact details, and information about your business and financing needs. We may also collect basic technical data (like your IP address and pages visited) to operate and improve our website.
When you submit an application or contact form on this website, you authorize us to contact you by phone and email about your application and your quote. Text messaging is separate and always optional. You opt in to text messages by checking the optional SMS box on one of our forms, or by verbally agreeing during a call to our published business line. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying, of receiving a quote, or of any service we provide.
If you opt in, you may receive text messages from We Finance America — including by automated means — confirming we received your application, requesting supporting documents such as bank statements, letting you know a document is ready for your signature, and answering questions about the status of your file. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Message frequency varies, and is typically no more than a few messages per week while your application is active. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. You can opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link, or by emailing us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This applies regardless of any other sharing described elsewhere in this policy, including sharing with our lending partners — your mobile number and your SMS consent are never included.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@wfa.cash. We will honor your request as required by applicable law.
We work with service providers (such as our lending partners, communication, e-signature, and automation tools) solely to deliver our services. They are permitted to use your information only to perform services on our behalf. As stated above, your mobile number and your text messaging consent are excluded and are not shared with any third party.
